Floating Dreams is the first painting from Betirri's new series 'Street Vendors MX'. Floating Dreams makes homage to the iconic men that sell balloons on the public squares in Mexico. The painting displays a detailed composition of Puebla's colonial architecture and all the spectators in black & white. All the balloons are painted in color in fine detail to contrast the new pop culture with the rest of the urban elements.
