I paint mostly large format abstract in my home with my husband and two children.  As a student and teacher of yoga, I use intuition to guide my paintings.  meditation, cleansing my space and music all help set the vibe for my work.  I try my best to start each piece with no agemda, just allowing whatever needs to show up to make its way into the canvas in the form of color and flow.  My background is in the business of yoga and culinary arts.  At almost 45 years old I'm finding my voice as an artist and am so happy to be in this phase of my creative expression.
